Atma Alam Batik Art Village

Billed as the birthplace of Langkawi’s own local handmade batik founded by a Malaysian artist and a batik designer, this cultural centre is a treasure trove of arts and culture with a batik workshop, showroom and art gallery. Offering good quality yet affordable local handicraft products, Atma Alam also provides handson craft opportunities in batik-painting and getting to know the traditional Malaysian batik-making process.
